Champion coach and master hairdresser with more than 25 years of professional experience, 20 years in competitive hairdressing and 15 years of coaching.

Her students have won more than 200 gold medals at Russian and international championships.

At Beauty Expo Ural, Kira is responsible for the development of the Women’s Hairdressing Division, competition standards, regulations and professional judging criteria.

ALEXANDER KABANOV

Art Director at KONDOR. Fashion stylist, image-maker, international educator, judge and speaker.

Three-time Eurasian Champion and 11-time finalist of the international OneShot competition by Behind The Chair.

At Beauty Expo Ural, Alexander contributes to the development of the Men’s Hairdressing Division, competition regulations, judging standards and international professional expertise.

LILIA LEVINA

Beauty industry expert and competition-category developer.

Lilia contributes to new creative formats within the Championship and develops collaborations between professional beauty brands, experts and the competition community.

ALEXEY KAMYSHNIKOV

International-level colour expert, founder of the PROVOLOS beauty community and multiple professional championship winner.

Creator of the “13 Strands” colouring technique and educator in professional colour.

At Beauty Expo Ural, Alexey develops contemporary competition formats and professional standards in hair colouring.

OLGA KHRUSHCHEVA

International-level makeup professional, certified competition judge and champion coach.

Olga is responsible for developing the Makeup Division, competition categories and judging standards and also creates Beauty Expo Ural stage shows.

YULIA MIRONOVA

Expert in conceptual hair design and creator of Avant-Garde competition categories.

Her work combines fashion, hair artistry, form and visual storytelling, encouraging competitors to approach their work as both a technical performance and an independent creative statement.

By submitting the form, you agree to the following terms:

The Licensor (photographer / press representative) grants the Licensee (the Organiser of BEAUTY EXPO URAL), free of charge, the right to use the Work within the scope and under the terms of this Agreement on a non-exclusive licence basis.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the “Work” means photographic and/or video works, as well as works created by means analogous to photography and/or video recording.

The non-exclusive licence to use the Work granted under this Agreement includes the Licensee’s right to:

Reproduce the Work, including making copies of the Work or any part thereof in any material form;
Distribute copies of the Work;
Adapt, edit or otherwise modify the Work;
Make the Work available to the public;
Publicly display the Work, including demonstrating copies of the Work by any means.

Photographs and video materials from the event must be sent to beautyexpo.office@gmail.com within 5 calendar days after the exhibition, with the subject line “Media Materials — BEAUTY EXPO URAL 2026”, indicating the author’s name.
